CASA is a member-based association governed through a formal structure that includes an Annual General Meeting (AGM) and an elected Board, supported by specialised committees that oversee key areas of the organisation’s work.

In line with our Memorandum of Incorporation, members nominate and elect the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board is entrusted with upholding sound governance and driving effective performance. It works closely with the Executive Committee (EXCO), Finance Committee (FINCO), Social Ethics and Member Conduct Committee (SEMCO), and Remuneration Committee (REMCO) to ensure accountability and strong organisational oversight.

To strengthen accountability and oversight, all Board members participate in a structured induction process and receive governance training through the Institute of Directors (IoD).
